About project

USCAN DOC is an internal tool that collects data on the earnings generated from supporting GE Healthcare customers. It also provides information on the performance and status of GE employees who work with these customers. This tool serves as a hub for employees to gather information on customers, and for managers to assess their team's impact on the territory they operate in.

Main dashboard

This dashboard displays metrics from all regions. Users can navigate through multiple tables that provide insights on specific topics. In the bottom half, all metrics are grouped into expandable cards that provide more detailed information.

Imaging DMS

The dashboard displays the user's weekly performance, as well as that of their teammates and other colleagues in the company. The user can leave comments on their performance review and access historical data.

Links

This dashboard includes all the essential links that are provided by the company. Additionally, users have the ability to add and save their own links, which they can then share with other members of USCAN DOC.

Summary

This dashboard presents summarized information about different regions, filtered by date range and topic.

Cares

On this dashboard, customer support team members can easily find nearby field technicians who can assist in resolving customer issues. Using the left-side menu, the user can select the specific region and hardware category, refining the list of potential problem solvers.
