This project's main focus was to provide an easy form to notify about hardware issues or malfunctions. By scanning the QR code on the machine, users will navigate to the platform on which they can submit their issue report.
To change their SN/SIDI number, the user can click the "Change SN/SIDI" CTA located in the input. Upon doing so, a popup notification will warn the user about the risks of entering an incorrect number.
